Terms and Conditions for Super Confidence Coaching

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("Client" ) and Martha Mok/ Super Confidence Coaching. By using our coaching services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Services

Coaching Services:

Super Confidence Coaching provides professional coaching services designed to enhance your confidence, mindset, and personal development. We will work together to help you identify and achieve your personal and professional goals.

b.

Payment and Fees:

Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the service agreement or invoice issued by Super Confidence Coaching. All payments are due as specified in the agreement.

2. Coaching Process

a.

Client Responsibility:

The success of coaching depends on the commitment and actions of the Client. You agree to actively participate in the coaching process and follow through with agreed-upon actions.

b.

Confidentiality:

All sessions are confidential. We will not share your personal information or session details without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

c.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide [notice period, e.g., 24 hours] advance notice. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Liability and Disclaimers

a.

Client Acknowledgment:

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. While Super Confidence Coaching aims to empower and support you, it is your responsibility to consult with qualified professionals for such matters.

b.

Limitation of Liability:

Super Confidence Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss or damage incurred due to reliance on our advice, information, or services.

4. Termination

a.

Client Termination:

You may terminate coaching services at any time by providing written notice. However, if you terminate the services before the agreed-upon term is complete, you will be liable for the payment of any outstanding fees for the remainder of the term.

b.

Super Confidence Coaching Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services in case of non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or other significant breaches of this Agreement.

With this addition, it's clear that if the client decides to terminate the coaching services before the agreed term ends, they are responsible for the payment of the remaining fees.

5. Coaching Service Responsibility

a.

User Effort and Responsibility:

The results achieved through our coaching services are influenced by the participant's commitment, effort, and willingness to actively engage in the process. Our coaching is most effective when participants fully participate, complete assigned tasks, and implement the guidance provided by our coaches.

b.

No Result Guarantees:

Super Confidence coaching provides guidance, support, and expertise to assist participants in reaching their goals and building confidence. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. It is essential to understand that individual results may vary based on personal circumstances and the level of effort and dedication invested by the participant.

c.

Participant's Accountability:

It is the participant's responsibility to take action, complete assignments, and actively work towards their desired outcomes. Super Confidence coaching and our coaches are not accountable for results that may be affected by the participant's lack of effort, non-compliance, or failure to follow guidance.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy:

Privacy Protection:

Super Confidence coaching respects your privacy. We collect, use, and store your personal information in compliance with relevant data protection laws. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality:

All discussions, communications, and shared information between you and our coaches will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose your personal details or coaching content to third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.

7. Payment & Non-reimbursable Policy

Payment and Fees:

Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the service agreement or invoice issued by Super Confidence Coaching. All payments are due as specified in the agreement.

Non-reimbursable Policy:

At Super Confidence Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services to our clients. Our aim is to support you in your journey to enhance your confidence, self-belief, and personal growth. Please read our refund policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Non-reimbursable:

We do not offer reimbursement for any coaching services provided. This policy applies to all services offered by Super Confidence Coaching. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept our non-reimbursable policy.

2. Clear Communication:

Our Non-reimbursable policy is communicated clearly and transparently on our website, in our terms and conditions, and during the registration process. We ensure that our clients are fully aware of this policy prior to commencing coaching.

3. Fairness and Consumer Rights:

While we do not offer reimbursement, we are committed to providing the services as agreed upon. If we fail to deliver the coaching services as outlined in your agreement, we will work with you to provide an alternative solution or additional support, as applicable.

4. Compliance with Consumer Laws:

Our non-reimbursable policy is in compliance with Australian consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This national law governs consumer rights in Australia, and we adhere to its requirements.

8. Intellectual Property:

9. Code of Conduct

Respect and Professionalism:

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully with our coaches and fellow participants. We maintain a professional and supportive coaching environment. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of coaching services without a refund.

9. Miscellaneous

a.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials provided during coaching are protected by copyright. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without our express permission.

b.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW/Australia.

Super Confidence Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you via email.
